Pavel Žák cf01b1e06d docs: reduce document volume by 52% without losing semantics 
Rewrite merge-request-flow.md for conciseness:
- Remove project-specific pnpm examples, use generic references
- Consolidate duplicate GitHub/Forgejo endpoint rows
- Condense Phase 2 checklist and Phase 7 actions
- Merge "Checks Persistently Failing" into "Agent Is Stuck"
- Remove restated instructions across phases
- Tighten phrasing throughout

Result: 286 → 187 lines, 2695 → 1286 words. All 8 phase gates,
label transitions, error handling flows, and principles preserved.
