Summary

  • Adds "Follow project rules absolutely" as the first principle in the Principles section
  • Generalizes Phase 5 convention guidance to apply throughout the lifecycle

Add explicit principle that project-specific conventions always take
precedence over general defaults. Generalize Phase 5 guidance to note
that project rules apply throughout the lifecycle, not just implementation.
